We believe that leaders who inspire, promote participation and assist People in their development can transform any reality. The company's leadership has as its primary role a humanised management with the purpose of creating true relationships through assertive and empathic communication, providing feedback and recognition of the skills to be developed (feedforward) in a continuous and consistent way, as well as playing the role of trainer and educator of the team.
Management's fundamental role is to deliver results through its People. In this context, leadership is developed to make quick and assertive decisions with a vision of the whole, prioritising solutions aligned to strategic guidelines and directing the team effectively, considering planning and business impacts.
It is clear that it is essential that the leader is the one who builds the future through the example of the culture desired by the company, taking risks in the constant search for innovations, opportunities and, in particular, improving their technical and behavioural skills.

The protection and integrity of our employees are extremely important to us. Therefore, we prioritise the elimination of accidents and illnesses related to the work environment through a prepared technical team, made up of engineers, managers, occupational risk prevention team and their respective committees, safety and nursing technicians, in addition to the safety brigade, transport monitors and safety guards to take care of everything.
